Coveting and Contentment

1 Timothy at 6:6 begins a section on the theme of contentment. This topic of contentment—and the related negatives of coveteousness and complaining—is so important in our society. We have so much but we are never satisfied. So this sermon takes the opportunity to depart from 1 Timothy to display the foundational teaching of this subject from God’s eternal moral law.
