A Mother in Israel

Judges 4 and 5 speak of the same event from different vantage points. We look at the day in which Deborah lived. We also look at her as prophetess, judge and a woman. The role of women is also looked at in this sermon.

We also look at Barak and see his plea for the presence of God and his respect for Deborah - the mouthpiece of God. Clearly he was not acting cowardly as we see mention of him in Hebrews 11.
