If A Child Dies, Does That Child Go to Heaven?

This is not an easy question to answer. I want to be very careful to give out Biblical answers. Though the Bible does not give abundant coverage to this subject, in this age of abortions, sudden infant death syndrome and the strange cases of total neglect or abuse ending in the death of the child we need an answer.
