The Just Judge and Compassionate Comforter

The apostle takes us back to remind us of God's right over his creation. He can bring judgement upon his people and use other nations to do that. He is also the great comforter to them while they are under this judgement. The apostle employs all of this to make his point about the great God that he has brought to the Corinthians.
