Many hands, one purpose

We considered the list of builders in Nehemiah 3. Far from being just a list of names and technical data regarding who did what - there are some lovely lessons to consider. One, there are many people serving, with one purpose and the whole work is completed. Secondly, the desire of serving is seen. Thirdly, although the work was massive, the resources few, they began looking to the Lord. What an encouragement for us in our day as we serve the Lord as His Church.
