Israel Is Restored

There are times when religion is a very private matter. One such time is individual prayer. But there are other times when religion is a corporate matter—a matter for the whole church. This is because while we believe, repent, and are justified individually, we are usually thus saved in the context of God's covenant people. When does a whole church need to be charged with sin in order to be reclaimed? How is this done in Scripture? Is there any value in keeping a roster of regular church members?
