The Second Exodus

"The Psalm wants to thank and praise the Lord Jesus Christ who has come for the mercy and the spiritual deliverance to be accomplished by him."
Jesus delivers His people through a second Exodus fulfilled in His own person and ministry that far outstrips the first Exodus that God the Father performed on the part of the Israelites when He delivered them from the Egyptians.
