God's Will vs. Man's Will

We see four groups in this passage: Jesus' brothers marched to the drumbeat of popular opinion, the world marched to the drumbeat of evil, the Jewish leaders to the drumbeat of self-honor, and the crowds to the drumbeat of religious appearances. Christ, however, as our Savior, marched to the drumbeat of the Father's will, the exposure of evil, the honor of the Father, and right judgment. We should follow his example.
