A pure heart is unmixed and undefiled. A divided heart is not a pure heart--but without a pure heart, you will never see God. Seeing God is what you were created for. So strive for a pure heart. Let the pure word of God cleanse you. Pray for the Holy Spirit to purify your heart by faith. If purity is winning in your heart, then Jesus promises that you will see God.
