Realization of the Covenant (Paragraph 3) – God's covenant of grace was:

Progressively Revealed in the Scriptures – beginning with Adam (Gen 3:15) where we have the first gospel pronouncement… and continuing throughout the writings of the Old Testament prophets… until there is a full discovery of the covenant of grace in the New Testament.

A covenantal understanding of the Scriptures helps us see that ONE GOD, from all eternity, always had just ONE PURPOSE (salvation), and ONE PEOPLE (His elect), whom He saves by only ONE WAY (by grace through faith); through only ONE SAVIOR (Jesus Christ, the Son of God).
