God's Promise of Consecration

After all the words of condemnation for the ungodly, and the woes of judgement in the book of Obadiah God turns to Israel and promises them that this was all on their behalf.
God not only deals with the enemy in the work of conversion but he gives peace to the Christian and he promises to sanctify and prosper him.

Obadiah 1:17 "But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions."
