Forgiven through Confession

The story of David and Bathsheba is appropriate on the occasion of the Lord's Supper. This story highlights how even the most holy of God's children sin and fall short of the glory of God. We are no different and can learn to be strengthened in our faith. We can be thankful our salvation is not of ourselves, but by Christ reconciling blood. What a gift! We consider this as we sit at the Lord's Table.
