Signs of Conflict

What characterises the time between Christ's ascension and His return? In this second sermon on the 'Signs of the Times' in Matthew's gospel the focus is on the conflict raging between Christ and the devil. This spiritual conflict can be seen all around us in false teaching, persecution of Christians and apostasy. Christ's victory is certain, however, and reflected in the perseverance of His people to the end.
