The Work of the Sabbath

. In these verses we that we are studying this morning, we will discover how we can honor Christ in relation to the 4th commandment of the 10 commandments. We will see what the legitimate work of the Christian Sabbath day is. It is 1st of all – To learn to go to church and to sin no more. (verses 13-15) It is 2nd – To learn a right theology of work. (verses 16 and 17) It is 3rd – To seek to promote the glory of God in everything that you say or do. (verses 18 and 19) I hope that you will see, that keeping the Sabbath day holy is a learning process, and that you will respond to the clear teaching of our Lord Jesus which is given to each us here, and learn how you can honor Him on His day.
