Is the Bible True?

In 2016, the Chicago Cubs snapped a 108-year drought by finally winning the World Series, against the Cleveland Indians. Multiple generations of Cubs fans went through their entire lives without seeing their team bring the trophy home. For fans of certain teams, thinking that your team will win requires suspending more than a little disbelief in the face of adverse facts. But not everything we believe requires that.

There are plenty of things that we can know for certain. For instance, we can know for certain that the sun will rise in the east and set in the west. We know for certain that if we jump into the air, gravity will pull us back down. And we also know for certain that the Bible is, in fact, God’s Word. How? Dr. D.
