Embed
251

The first in a series of messages on the 100th Anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic.

Warnings to be heeded include those of:

[1] Self-Indulgence

seen in:

(a) The Arrogance of Man,
(b) The Showcasing of Riches,
(c) The Neglect of Warnings.

[2] Self-Interest

contrasted by the actions of two ships - the Californian and the Carpathia;

and either seen in / or absent from, the actions of various passengers.

[3] Self-Identity

since the Titanic tragedy emphasises the fine line that exists between life and death, and reveals only two types of people - the "lost" and the "saved."

Other messages will (DV) feature:

• God's Preachers on board the Titanic,

• The Unsinkable Titanic versus the Unfloatable Ark,

• The Titanic Ticket that never was Used,

• The Sunday Evening Hymn Service on the Titanic.
