Boldness of the Unforsaken

In this text which introduces the "servant" passages of Isaiah, God clearly reveals Himself as the God of history to the nations. Unfortunately, it is also clear that the nations will reject Him without the active initiatory work of God's salvation. Yet for those He has chosen, He has called them to serve Him in His Kingdom.
