The Days of Lot & the Coming of Jesus

When considering the time of the Lord's Return, we often make reference to the "Days of Noah" and to the "Days of Lot." Normally, when we do that, we consider the "state of the lost" in those times, and apply it to the time of the Lord's Return. But have we ever consider the "state of the saved" in those times? And how does that compare with our "personal state" that we are in right now?
