Whatever You Do…

In the beginning God created all things for His own purposes and glory. And the crown of His creation were those who were created to reflect that glory (i.e. His image bearers). We exist to serve our Creator and gracious Provider, our Redeemer and Friend. So the Apostle Paul prayed that “you (plural) may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God” (Colossians 1:9-10).

I. As those who are uniquely created in the image of God
II. Because of the One who is uniquely the image of the invisible God (Col. 1:15)
III. As those who are uniquely recreated in the image of God (Col. 3:9-11)
