The Platform Of Praise
What's the major threat for Satan when we praise the Lord?
God's presence (Psalm 22:3)
God renders him (the enemy) powerless over us and paralyzes his ability to thwart our work in the kingdom. (Psalm 8).
And Satan is aware of these truths, and he wants to distract us and our praise, so he can render us powerless in our work for the Lord. Why is this so important? Proverbs teaches us that when we forsake God's ways, we automatically give praise to the wicked.(Proverb 28:4). That tells me that faith's obedience is always the platform that sets the stage for our sweet praises and for God to use them for our good and His glory.
