Continuing his focus on the Covenant of Redemption, Pastor Massey expounds four key sections from John’s Gospel: John 5:36-37, John 6:37-40, John 10:14-18, and John 17:1-5, 24. These sections contain Christ’s own declarations that he was sent by the Father for the purpose of redeeming those whom the Father had given to him in order that he might glorify the Father and be rewarded with a people of his own. Thus, Christ himself spoke of this eternal agreement he had with his Father; an agreement which one theologian has called, “the foundation of the whole of our salvation.” Praise be to God!
