1. There is no excuse (except age) for a believer not to be baptized.
2. The believer who is baptized should be continuing steadfastly in the things of the Lord.
3. A charge to those being baptized: Be steadfast in the things of the Lord.
4. A charge to those who need Christ: Consider your condition and consider Christ.
