Too Late, But Right on Time

This sermon is preceded by a lengthy Gospel reading from John 11:1-45. In the text Lazarus is ill and Jesus does not rush to see him. By the time Jesus arrives at Lazarus' tomb, he has been dead for four days. However, this only set the stage for a dramatic miracle (sign) where Jesus speaks life to the Lazarus and he is resurrected. God does not always act when we think He should, but He is always in the right place at the right time.
