Stewardship of God's Grace Gifts

God says that when He saves individuals He brings each one into a new relationship with Him but that that also involves a new relationship with others who are saved. A family relationship is formed with love for one another as well as a special spiritual giftedness to be used for the benefit of the others in serving them as together He is being served. As with physical body parts, God never intended for believers to grow alone or live separated from and in isolation from one another. In this family relationship each one is enabled and responsible as a steward to use what God has given for His glory and the good of the others. There is to be unity in the body while there will be diversity of the spiritual gifts. That being the case for every believer being gifted, the main focus and thrust in the individual’s service will be in the area of the giftedness.
