God's School of Preparation and Providence

This message was given by Pastor Jonathan Stobbs as he continued his evening ministry in the Book of 1 Samuel. As David faithfully tended to his father's sheep God was preparing him for His service, the Lord would then by His sovereign hand of providence place David exactly where He wanted him to be. In this message Pastor Stobbs encourages the believer to trust in the Lord who holds all things in His hand. Sometimes we feel frustrated, or as though we are drifting, or maybe even insignificant, but this message points to the wonderful reality that God has a purpose for us and in the mundane is ever moulding us to be the people He wants us to be for His glory.
