God's church sends out the sweet sounds of the gospel. The voice of supplication says "Come let us reason together". The voice of persuasion says let "all men everywhere repent". However, that voice alone can bring no one to Christ. God meets the gospel with His sovereign, life-giving Spirit awakening His elect.
