God's peace

God has established a city which is secure and happy. It is populated by the righteous who seek the truth. They are the ones whom God's everlasting strength keeps in perfect peace, who have their minds stayed upon God, and whose heart trusts in him. So what is the peace that they enjoy? How is it secured? And, by what channel is it received?
