Our Church Family!

The account of Mary and Jesus' brothers seeking to speak with him is recorded in all three synoptic Gospels as occurring during his speaking to the crowds in parables. The juxtaposition of his family members with the crowds, as opposed to being with the disciples provides context to Christ's answer to those who informed him of his mother and brother's presence.
