Main Point-Use The testimony of the Apostle Paul as a pattern for your profession of Christ.

Sermon Outline:

1. As a Christian, you are able "to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you" (Verses 1-2, 1 Peter 3:15).
2. Whether you remember it or not, your story begins with your life outside of Christ (verses 3-5).
3. At some point, Christ intentionally met you and revealed Himself to you (Verses 6-9).
4. You may have also experienced a time of darkness and conviction (Verses 10-11, Acts 9:9).
5. But then your eyes were opened and you called upon Christ as Lord and Savior (Verses 12-16).
6. "Always be ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you" (1 Peter 3:15).
