A Tale of Two Sinners (Luke 7:36-50)

As we consider Luke 7:36-50, we see a beautiful illustration of the Gospel as Luke tells us about a sinful woman who came to serve Jesus. Her love for Jesus was sacrificial, sincere, and beautiful, but despite all of that, the pharisees criticized her that it was inappropriate and extreme. Jesus responds that her love was appropriate because she had been forgiven so much, and all who have been forgiven much will love much.
