Greater Righteousness than the Scribes and Pharisees?

Jesus undoubtably shocked the Jews of his day by saying that none could enter heaven unless they had a more abundant righteousness than those whom no one would question as to their certainty of heaven - the Scribes and Pharisees.

Let us examine ourselves to see if we have that more abundant righteousness than these religious leaders.
