The Satisfaction of Justice in Christ

People are always trying to find satisfaction in life. But we must be very careful to remember that these desires for satisfaction are all of the flesh; they are carnal and uncertain at best. Our text tells of a satisfaction that is entirely different. Christ has died and achieved the consequences of the total travail of both body and soul. He is called God's righteous servant and is declared to justify the many for whose iniquities He was slain.
