Authority to Make Us Competent

The absolute authority of Jesus that stands behind the Great Commission provides God's people with the confidence that He will qualify those He calls. According to Scripture, one one's own, no one is competent to serve Christ. But the God who perfects His strength in our weakness makes His people able ministers of the Gospel.
