Written Upon the Heart

"I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God and they shall be My people." This is a new covenant - not according to substance but form. It is important to know Old Testament believers were save by grace through faith in the Savior just as we are. What is the law written on. We look at the fact that it is out into our nature, the very fabric of our being. The Spirit of the Law is what the Lord puts on our hearts. We now hate what we formally loved and love what we formally hated. The Gospel is spiritual and though we still sin we now find pleasure in the things that please God and a hatred for sin.

The forever bear the marks of Christ and this will result in Godly sorrow, a holy resolve, and obddience as God fits us for glory.
