Who's Leading?

When you think of the word leadership, what comes to mind? A dictator? Maybe a humble person? Someone you may know? Whether we like it or not, we are all leaders in form or another as we have children, family members, employees, classmates, coworkers, church members, etc. who look to us for direction and guidance each and every day.

Yet, if we are honest, we are also all are being led by something or someone. Many in our culture in 2011 are driven by material possessions, relationships, success in the eyes of our peers, addictions, and much more. So take a minute and let's ask ourselves the introspective and tough question, “Who or what am I following?” Now, does the answer to this question bring us peace, or does it reveal a heart that is discontented?
