Pilgrim Destination

In this passage the weakness and incompleteness of the Old Covenant is contrasted with the full and complete salvation provided in the New Covenant - one of the chief being access into the very presence of God in the assembly of his people in the heavenly Jerusalem. Those of us who have been so graced should be grateful and faithful to attendance upon worship at our own local assemblies on earth.
