The Lamb of God

Bro. Stephen Cassells preaches on this well known and powerful portion of scripture, looking at five points of the perfect Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus Christ.

1. HE IS THE LAMB PROVIDED
   Abraham willing to sacrifice his only son Isaac, was a foreshadow of Calvary, “My son God will provide himself a lamb..” Gen 22:8.

2. HE IS THE LAMB WITHOUT BLEMISH OR SPOT
   You may see faults with this preacher and this church but look to the Lord Jesus Christ, He is without fault.

3. HE IS THE LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN
   Your provision is all in Christ, “When I see the blood I will pass over you..” Ex 12:13.

4. HE IS THE LAMB THAT TAKETH AWAY THE SIN OF THE WORLD
   Atonement had to be made for sin, and the Lord Jesus paid it all at Calvary, for you and me.

5. HE IS THE LAMB THAT IS RISEN AND GLORIFIED
   The Savior is risen, the tomb is empty and the Lord is being glorified in heaven, “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain…” Rev 5:12.
