Hebrews 8:7-13

There are many Christians today that hold unto the first covenant and the new covenant and treat them as if they are both of equal worth. Make no mistake, if you are trusting in the Old Covenant rather than the New Covenant than you are depending on a covenant that is completely obsolete and was not even given to you in the first place. If your faith is in Jesus Christ, you are a member of the New Covenant and you will reap all of the promises of God's new covenant due to priestly work of Jesus Christ on your behalf.
