Have You Received the Holy Spirit?

Paul goes to Ephesus and meet a group of disciples. He asked them if they have received the Holy Spirit. What does the question mean? Does someone have to understand the Holy Spirit to be a believer. What about the baptism of the Holy Spirit? This sermon will address these issues and then some.
