Authentic Manhood

Rev. Lance Lewis is the new teaching pastor of Soaring Oaks Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Elk Grove as of 2013 and is part of the Sacramento Reformation Society our pastors fellowship with. Lance was born and raised in West Philadelphia and has served in pastoral ministry in 2 churches there before accepting the call to minister in California. In the late 80's and early 90's, Lance was taught under the ministry of James Montgomery Boice at Tenth Presbyterian, where Lance has also preached. He's been involved in the Council of Reforming Churches, and "has a desire to see the living God revive His church to the extent that a biblically based and Christ-centered multi-ethnic church planting movement spreads across our suburban and metro areas" (from his church website). He has written a book on spiritual growth called Walk with Me: How to Walk with God in the Extraordinary Ordinary.
