The gift of forgiveness. BUT!!! If we confess our sins...if "A" happens, then "B" will follow. IF we confess...God WILL forgive. This is the glory of the gospel. If we are honest with ourselves, if we are honest with God, if we confess our sins,, if we willingly acknowledge our sin to God in an ongoing way. THEN God will willingly and graciously, faithfully, righteously, justly forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
