Aquila and Priscila: generous, devoted and knowledgeable.
They instructed Apollos in theology.
Hosted a church in there household
Church Association
The churches greeted one another in letter.
There was congregational networking
Interchange and recognition among churches
Congregations were interconnected and inter-dependent.
Where do those traits point to?
The Spirit bestow gifts, talents and opportunities to remind us of Christ.
Christ was touched with each and everyone of our infirmities, yet with out sin.
Stephanas faithfulness reminder of the friend of sinners
Fortunatus and Achalcus selflessness reflection of the one who prayed "Not my will but yours be done"
Their soul-refreshing ability, was a manifestation of the "Joy Jesus prayed to be in us" and a gift of the Holy Comforter
Priscila and Aquila's generous devotion dim compared to the one "who being rich mad himself poor..."
Befriend others for Christ sake
Paul's Gospel 22-24
22 If anyone does not love the Lord, let him be aqccursed, Maranatha. 23 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you. 24 My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.
This love is out of grace not from personal effort
The grace of Christ is the Highest Blessing
