Topical sermon based on the Westminster Larger Catechism question and answer 169, "How hath Christ appointed bread and wine to be given and received in the sacrament of the Lord's supper?" An edited version of the Lord's Supper service that follows was recorded and included.

Jesus institutes and performs the New Testament version of the Old Testament sacramental feast and He commands His ministers to keep repeating it as His people keep receiving it to actively participate in His salvation and sanctification.
