Parliamentary Law in Baptist Churches is very important. Baptist are run as a true Democracy, Congregational Rule. Dr. Roy M Reed taught these classes on Ministerial Practicalities at CMBI 1976- through-out his ministry at CMBI. 1926- 1986 Dr. Reed had too many accomplishments to list them all. He pastored Churches in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and California. He was Pastor of the First Missionary Baptist Church in BellFlower, California for almost 24 years. He was President and a full time teacher of California Missionary Baptist Institute, CMBI. He was former president of the American Baptist assn. Bro. Reed was a preacher's preacher.
