Not Ashamed of the Gospel

For many decades now many righteous men of God have been crying out and warning us of the alarming rate of decline among American evangelical protestants. We are losing our spiritual vitality and authority. But what lies at the heart of our decline? Is it not that by and large professing American Christians and churches are ashamed of the gospel? Yet this gospel which convicts men of their sin and shows them their need for an alien righteousness to be imputed to them is the only hope of mankind to find deliverance from sin and the wrath to come. In this sermon we consider the gospel which Paul was not ashamed of and why we must not be ashamed of it either!
