A Life Well Lived

138

In spite of disagreements between leaders and questionable counsel that must have seemed at the time to have been very wrong, Paul was in God's strategic place for effective ministry when the mob broke out against him in the Temple in Jerusalem and attempted to kill him.

As a result of his being arrested, Paul was given multiple opportunities to prove from the Scriptures to the Jewish Sanhedrin that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah of Israel. He also had an extensive ministry to two Roman governors and the Jewish and Roman nobility, and he was even able to proclaim Jesus to Nero, the Roman emperor.
