Raised to Life

While Judah was fighting for its life against Assyria, King Hezekiah was fighting for his life against a dangerous infection. As God delivered Judah, He delivered the King from death. While this was a historical occasion, it also points forward to King Jesus' deliverance from death, as the Head of His people, by His resurrection in power after His atoning death on the Cross.
