II. Living in Spiritual Adultery & Committing Grand Larceny

The salvation of our soul and deliverance from the penalty of the Sin Nature is the outcome of a single action of faith in response to the gospel of Jesus Christ (Rom. 10:9-13). The salvation of a believer's life and the regular deliverance from the power of the Sin Nature is the outcome of the constant and continual life of faith (“the the just shall live by faith”). Both of these outcomes are supernaturally produced “by grace through faith.”
