What is Repentance?

This message continues our verse by verse look at the Gospel of Luke. Here we see the message of John the Baptist in that he called the nation of Israel to repent, and then bear fruits that were in keeping with repentance in order that the way for the Messiah would be prepared. But, what does it mean to repent? Is this feeling sorry for your sin? Is it doing some action to make up for your sin? Or is it something else. This message will answer that question, and it will answer the question of what a person's life should look like after they have truly repented.
