According to recent international studies, America spends the most on education - and gets the least. Incredibly, America has fallen in reading, science, and mathematics; it now ranks close to the nations with the worst economic problems such as Greece and Italy. Of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries, America slipped from 11th place to 21st place in reading and takes the dead last position in mathematics. In response, an American judge remands homeschoolers to the public schools despite their excellent academic work. Kevin Swanson gets to the root of the issue by defining the purpose and goals for a Christian education.
